Tolerance made his way into the meeting room...he had to arrange something first. " Well here I am " said Tolerance. " Before we begin I think I have an item that may interesting ". The prophet clapped his hands and two brute captains brought out a nearly nude (save for the rag that covered his bussiness and the restraints on his arms ), this Spartan was of African decent, a Mark of Shame and Covenant Glyph were burned into his skin and he was adorned with many battle scars and appeared a bit malnourished. " I bought him from some Sangheili WarLord a few weeks ago...but well I presume you be interested in this rare piece....quite a history this one has had...quite lucky to be alive infact as well we very very very rarely took human prisoners during the war...and a "Demon" no less...my my what a rare specimen this one is thank goodness I happened to of had him in my pocession and I have finally managed after hours of trying for days to make contact with you for a bargin for his return to you" (OOC guess who the WarLord is Lebron served as a Gladiator for said warlord for awhile but well he has been passed from owner to owner to fight in Gladiator fights for them )

Jennifer looked around, slightly confused. A Prophet came into view, and with him a naked Human male. A Spartan, apparently, that he 'bought'. A terrible fate indeed, but he's been in enemy hands for years. If he hasn't gone insane, he could have been brainwashed. Either way, the man was a burden. "Are we here to bargain for a prisoner, or to negotiate peace?" She asked, looking to the Prophet with a smirk, "Seems you wasted your money, we don't want him. Can we please get down to business?"

The Prophet grinned he liked this human leader....not giving a damn about one of their troops...and well one of their Spartans. " Oh don't worry this one will make the money I spent on him back and then some in the Arena but yes he are here to speak of peace I just thought you would of cared enough to free this prisoner of war but obviously I was quite wrong ". Tolerance clapped his hands again to bring the Spartan out of the room....this time for removeal of his old brand...via well what top brute specialists had to offer...by cutting off the flesh burned with the old mark and then well they would brand him in another place. *** " what....she did not want him....a Spartan....did the UNSC seriously care this little about the life of a Spartan...even if this one was a Spartan-III....did she not see the burns on him and the scars " thought Otto. He was disgusted but he did his best to hide his disgust of his leaders decision she called the shots here.

Obedience's eyes bulged behind Tolerance. This was... not only unheard of, but totally inconsistent with everything humans seemed to stand for. Here was one of their great warriors, and his life was being blown off by some lady who appeared to be a few french fries short of a happy meal. .. or however that curious human expression went. The youngest Prophet had observed the Reclaimers for so long that if any of his brothers discovered, they would call it heretically obsessive. Thus, he would bide his time. This bitch would likely make a good Prophet... be she not so small in stature.

The two Spartans behind Jennifer shifted anxiously as the Spartan prisoner was taken out of view. One looked down at Jennifer, while the other kept his eyes forward. "Ma'am..." Spoke the female super soldier. "Not now, Charlie," Jennifer calmly replied. "He is a Human being, a life, a life that you're ignoring," "No, number Four, he is a Spartan," Jennifer replied, again with her calm tone, "An expired Spartan, one who is no use to us," "With all due respect, Commander, you don't know that," Charlie, or 'Four' as she was called by Jennifer, replied. "Spartans don't expire," added the other, male Spartan. "Enough, both of you," snapped Jennifer, while attempting to keep her composure in front of her audience, "The decision is mine, and it is final. I won't be bargaining for that man's life, he has done his duty." Charlie then forcibly looked forward with the thought; 'And this is how you repay him.'

" Alright...this is the day you have been preparing for Lebron...let them take you back to the Phantom....where they also held Maddie ...the fool brought her too as a secondary negotiation piece....he should of used her first...she was still young...14 was but yet she had the augments of the Spartan " thought Lebron before he was thrown into the Phantom. Once his two guards entered the lift they reattached him to the "chains". (plasma like....things)
" We are getting out of here Pixie " whispered Lebron.
Maddie shallowed her rage....Lebron could be dealt with latter. She simply nodded...apparently Lebron now had a plan and well he told her when the day came he would handle everything....that shithead what the hell could he do...
Lebron walked over to the head guard and asked to go to the Bathroom. The brute grumbled and grabbed the restraining device and infront of the human to properly attach the devices. Lebron grabbed the brutes armored helmet and then snapped the brutes neck. He hit the device to deactivate their chains and then grabbed the brutes spiker and then tossed the Gravity Hammer to Maddie...let her use that anger of hers for something other then beating him. He rolled to avoid the burst from the guards in the Phantom's spikers and returned fire at one. He turned to see Maddie dragging the hammer and then smashing it to take out three of the guards with the impact but well he could tell that tired her out...yes she was a Spartan with augments but she did not know how to tone it down and use it more efficiently...plus the food situation did not help her much either .
" Come on we just finished the easier part.....now we have to sneak through this ship to the hanger " said Lebron once all the guards in the Phantom were dead.
" yeah yeah fine dickface lead the way " panted Maddie.
The pair managed to sneak their way to the hanger of this ship without seeing any Brutes....from the intell Lebron gathered only one Prophet here really used brutes and that was the one that owned them.
" alright what now....surely you managed to make it this far mentally with your pea brain "
" yes...we are going to have to figure out which Phantom the humans and Sangheili took here...there are some humans and elites on here....and alright let us lay low until a human boards a ship "

"You're wasting my time!" Jennifer suddenly snapped. She was an impatient woman, and they were about to find out the hard way. "Listen, you dumb f**ks," Obviously directed at the Prophets, "You want peace? Not going to happen. I know you're proud of your new Covenant, but that doesn't change the fact that you killed Billions of our people! Yes, sorry, we're still a little niffed about that."
"There a Rifters, and now Flood out there," she said, pointing her finger at one of the Prophets, "You know just as well as I the seriousness of both these threats. If you want to continue following your religious path, which isn't actually there, and if us Humans want to continue existing, something has to be done about it!"
"A temporary truce. We fight together to destroy the Rifter threat and burn the Flood from existence! Then we shake hands and part ways. You go back to your corner of the galaxy, and we go back to ours. And no, we will not stop the raids on your transport ships. If you want them to stop so badly, arm them better!"
Jennifer took in a breath, straightened herself back up and fixed her hair, "What do you say?" She asked, now surprisingly calm.
"Well spoken, ma'am," the male Spartan commented quietly.

Obedience drew in a breath, then floated between the SPARTANs and the human commander. The Hierarch's face betrayed... nothing. He simply had no emotion on his face. At all. It was kind of scary.
"No," he replied, his voice deadly silent. "May you rot in a thousand hells, bitch. Your demise will be a service to the universe."
And with that, the vessel's Hierarch cut the connection from the human. He didn't like her. Not on little bit. The hovering Prophet glanced to a surprised Mgalekgolo- one of his guards. Obedience made an immature face at him, and then pulled up his comm channel to the bridge.
"Bridge crew," he stated calmly, "set a course for Sangheilos, and jump as soon as possible." After closing the comm channel, Obedience looked to the SPARTAN, the Sangheili, and the First Hierarch.
"What? That bitch needs a good surprise. Come.. let us rejoin our guests while the ship prepares to jump into Slipspace."

Fuming and her face red from rage, Jennifer lifted her finger and opened her mouth to refute. But then the connection was cut. Her mouth opened wider in shock and disgust. "He did NOT just cut me off!!"
A console operator gulped and nodded.
She returned her arms to her side and began shaking with rage. This Prophet, this 'Obedience', was going to die. By a bullet from her pistol. Though she should be contemplating what this meant for Humanity, truce or no, she first fantasised about killing the Prophet in many terrible ways. Finally she stomped her feet, spat; "Oh!" and then turned away from the screen, then leaving the bridge.

((OoC: I'm tired of waiting for something to do here. )) Zarra looked around the room nervously, wondering what they were talking about in the next room and what would happen if the negotiations went wrong. She glanced at Anau, she had already had much to lose, and now she had a lot more. "What do you think they'll do to us?" she asked quietly, "If they can't come to an agreement... How would we get out of this?"

Anau looked over his shoulder and quickly examined the guards around him. Their group was out numbered by Brutes, Grunts, Jackals, Drones and Hunters, but Anau had no doubt his allies were faster, and much stronger. "Before they can even touch us, we'll be out that door," he replied quietly, gesturing to the exit, "We'll jump the guards, take their weapons and then take a Prophet hostage," he said, looking around for any eavesdroppers, "We'll use him to get safely back to the Phantoms, then we'll..." He stopped to think. They could take the Prophet aboard to ensure they weren't shot down, but where would they go? "Then we'll think of something else."

Well that was shocking a Prophet...yelling at his commanding officer...he really should do something about it but well no we wouldn't seeing as despite him being a Spartan they were not exactly Hunter Proof....not to mention all the guards...Katar would help him and was apparently still quite dangerous despite his age but no why do something that stupid to protect someone who would not do the same for you.
" Yes..lets go...political leaders first " said Otto standing up from his chair and then making a gesture for the other leaders and their guards to leave....damn it why didn't he think of grabbing at least another Spartan to act as his bodyguard.
*** Katar had to admit for a slimy traitorous worm he liked his Prophet...well this Obedience he did not trust the other one who wore a mask of restraining his anger Katar could tell he hid his face quite well but the eyes and the fact that he seemed to admire the Brutes so much made believe the other Prophet would like nothing more than to kill Katar and the Commander. Katar rose from his chair as he noticed the human making the gesture.

((OOC/ so sorry. Comp was out due to virus (AGAIN >_>) so I can post now. )) Obedience nodded. "Of course," he replied, his voice somehow slick, as if with oil. The Hierarch's hovering throne glided back into the Stateroom with the majority of the guests. The Prophet's emerald eyes swept over the group at the table, and after a moment, he spoke plainly and loudly. "The vessel is going to jump to Slipspace momentarily. The fleet will be jumping with us, but the other Hierarch's fleets will be arriving later. The New Covenant's Fleet of Righteous Fulfillment is to arrive at Sangheilos, to bolster humanity and the Sanghieli's fleets... whether they want it or not. I cannot allow the Rifters to take control because of simple warrior's pride. When we arrive at Sangheilos, you will all leave in your Phantom, and you will all return to whichever vessel you are instructed by your leaders to. Then we will wait for the rest of the New Covenant battle force, and we will strike the Rifters with all of our best. Is that clear?" The shriveled Prophet's tone brooked no disagreement. His last sentence was much more of a command than a question, somehow...

((OoC: Again? That's terrible. Sounds like it might be time for you to get a new anti-virus program if you're getting them so often. )) Zarra smiled slightly, "Thank you," she said quietly to Anau, "That's reassuring." It was, a little. The makeshift plan was open-ended and didn't sound entirely foolproof, but at least they had some sort of idea of what to do. It would have been more comforting for her to just be a little closer to Anau, but she was afraid to outwardly show that she had any kind of connection with him. The less these Loyalists knew about them the better; they could take hostages too, and they might consider her a useful one, if they came to learn what she had only just learned herself and that her mate was seated in the same room. She didn't trust them at all, no matter what they promised.

(OoC: Time for next thread.)
Anau gave Zarra a smile and put his hand on her shoulder when he saw Katar and the others return, "I have a good feeling about this, for once, I believe the Prophets are telling the truth,"
"The Elite home world, eh?" Jack said to Darman, "You know, I've never actually thought about where these Elites came from. I guess I assumed they just came into existence, their sole purpose to just ruin billions of lives," he then looked to the Elite couple opisite him, "Maybe I was wrong, there seems to be more to them than that."
