The Death Star is a superweapon. This list is for BFGs - the Death Star Turbolaser, if I remember properly, is not wielded by anyone in any Star Wars game. And by that, I mean wielded physically, as in holding the gun and pulling the trigger physically.
Now I just need that miniature Galaxy Gun to come in...

Spartan Laser with infinite ammo then. And it can't be cut in half, etc.

Fanon weapons aren't allowed on the BFG list (which is why Sev's submission, the Dreadthirsty-Ender Nuclear Rifle, wasn't put in). However, the Spartan Laser is a nice one... actually, why didn't I just put it there the first time? So far, here's what the list contains: RYNO V (Ratchet & Clank: A Crack In Time) BFG 9000 (Doom series) Cerebral Bore (Turok) Experimental MIRV [and, to a lesser extent, the Fat Man] (Fallout 3, and New Vegas for the Fat Man only) Land Shark Gun (Armed & Dangerous) Type 25 Plasma Grenade Launcher (Halo: Reach) M490 Blackstorm (Mass Effect 2) M920 Cain (Mass Effect 2) Overcharge Gravity Gun (Half-Life 2) M6D Magnum (Halo) Davy Crockett Nuclear Mortar (Real life, Metal Gear Solid 3) Snark Grenade (Half-Life) KS-23 (Real life, Call of Duty: Black Ops) KS-23K Prototype (Real life) M202A1 FLASH (Real life, Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker, Call of Duty: Black Ops) M6 Spartan Laser (Halo 3 and Halo: Reach)
I also have this to add: Nuka Grenade (http://images4.wikia.nocookie.net/fallout/images//d/d5/NUKAGRENADE.png) - Exactly what it sounds like. It's an extremely powerful nuclear grenade. Don't get caught in this thing's explosion.
