Unit Name: Health/Hitpoints: Strength: Defence: Unit Type: (Infantry, Vehicle, Aircraft) Good vs: (Infantry, Vehicle, Aircraft) (would prefer the Halo War's Rock Paper Scissors system Infantry-Aircraft Aircraft-vehicle Vehicle-Infantry but just let me see it...and think logically here) Weak Against: Resource Cost: (yes I am putting in a resource system in the game which is: (not all may be used by the star ones will be used no matter what) - Steel/Metal - Oil/Fuel - Wood - *Food (every unit takes up food..I don't care if it is unmaned) - *Ammunition (if it a sword say sword) - *Gold (everyone cool with Gold being the primary currency...I can change this to money but you know gold is more general and then a conversion rate will have to made between the different amounts of currencies of the countrys but even if we do currencies gold will be the backing of this system) - *Population (Infantry=1 per unit Vechiles and aircraft generally=2 per unit) - Other
Think it needs something post it here.
This may be scrapped if a replace/find a better way to do this.
Your thinking resources oh boy I can just use what I want but nope I am asking you to just come up with basic production numbers of different resources. I will soon make a thread on how to obtain population and ammo and other resources with a basic structure tab.

It shouldn't be too complicated but there are some details I don't want left out. How would this work?
Unit Name: Unit Type: Description: (short description, if you haven't given one already) Health: (how much damage they can take) Strength: (damage they can do (out of 10)) Defense: (how easy or hard they are to hit (eg. armor/dodge) (out of 10)) Good Against: Weak Against: Resource Cost: (Just the over all value of the unit (eg. basic units could cost 5, vehicles 15, special units 20, etc.) Population:
Example- Unit Name: Ferrahr Warrior Unit Type: Infantry Description: Basic unit Weaponry: Personal weapons (eg. bows, knives, swords, looted weapons such as firearms) Health: 5 Strength: 2/10 (not very strong) Defense: 8/10 (very fast, hard to hit) Good Against: Infantry Weak Against: Vehicles Resource Cost: 5 Population: 1 (Just an example, I not sure what kind of numbers you have in mind for health and reasources)

Might want to bring the stats up. I was considering Strength as roughly equivalent to damage. Maybe 20/100 strength, and 80/100 defense insted. Another stat to perhaps be considered is accuracy. I could look at some strategy games, see how they did it. I'll try to keep it informative, yet simple.
