Ara Lekura sat in a shady cantina on Nar Shaddaa. The emerald-eyed, Rutian Twi'lek bore waist-length lekku and the distinctive "cone-ears" that many men in the galaxy loved so much. She was tall for a Twi'lek woman, about 5' 8" and slim, but still accomadating the hourglass figure that could drive many men of almost any species mad. Her outfit was a tight-fitting, somewhat revealing jumpsuit in a shade of blue close to her skin color with leather padding of a sandy color. At the beautiful Twi'lek's waist sat two blaster pistols, custom-made, and very expensive. Ara had a Vibroblade katana resting on her back, and a dagger tucked into her cleavage, out of sight. She had left her DX-R disruptor rifle outside, stored in the Bladebird, the Twi'lek woman's speeder bike. Ara looked casually out the window of the seedy establishment, seeing her speeder. Good. Now, she had to just wait for Kalken Gunrit, the Mon Calamari ship captain she had sent a holomessage to, requesting to meet him to discuss business in the Bantha's Eye Cantina. After all, Ara needed a ship to get off this world, and Gunrit's ship was supposedly only second to the famed Millenium Falcon. The Rutian Twi'lek bounty hunter looked up from her amethyst drink as a hideous Aqualish male walked over to her. Natural. Powba Tookoo always knew where to appear when he was unwanted. "Hresh hrroooglekh boorkek phlooga," he gargled in Aqualish. Ara spat back in Galactic Basic, "Go screw yourself, walrus. I wouldn't let you kark me if they would let me be Empress of the Galaxy." The four-eyed freak seemed taken aback. He followed with a phlegmy growl of anger before pulling out a bladed blaster pistol. Wrong choice. Ara whipped out one of her blaster pistols, firing as she drew it. He only fired as the green blaster bolt ripped through his chest, the Aqualish's crimson plasma shot missing her and hitting the ground of the cantina. The four-eyed, amphibious alien fell to his knees, the hole in his chest smoking. The dead Aqualish hovered like that for several seconds before toppling onto his back, splayed on the floor. Quite dead. The Twi'lek bounty hunter flipped her blue lekku and re-adjusted herself. Several people stood out in the cantina in the aftermath of the killing, though. The most notable being a human man who seemed to irradiate a sense of power, on the far side....

Kalken Gunrit walked in the cantina. "lets just get this over with" said Kalken to himself. He always hated going into the cantinas as well the people who asked for his services were generally thugs or smugglers...but they did pay well and thats why he was here. The doors slid open as he approached it. "that must be her" thought Kalken as he saw the Twi'lek who looked familar from the holo message. He cleared his throat. "hello ma'am I am here to speak bussiness" said Kalken.

(OoC: Where should Darth Roxtar be?)
Hawk sat in an alcove on the far-side of the Cantina. He was wearing a Correlian Flight Jacket, his CR-1 hanging from his hip. He watched the exhange between the Aqualish and the Twi'lek with amusement. The two were in a heated argument, when suddenly a blaster bolt ripped through the chest of the Aqualish. Hawk chuckled. Moron, he thought to himself. He sipped his drink, listening to the sound of Glimmik music being played by the band, then focused on the conversation betweem the Calamari and the Twi'lek.

Ara looked up as Gunrit entered. She bestowed a charming smile, then twirled her pistol on her finger in an intricate pattern before placing it in its holster. The Rutian Twi'lek said, "Sorry about the... messy business. But yes. The business I wish to discuss is regarding your starship. You see, the Empire is pissed off at me. They're pissed off at you. My ship is on Mygeeto currently.... Don't ask about that, by the way." She glanced around with her emerald eyes, scanning the cantina for other scum....
((OOC/ I believe that Roxtar should be searching for Gunrit... So, say, have him land in an Imperial Landing Craft on the far side of the district so he has to sniff him down, thus giving the rest of the crew time to assemble. Oh, and please- other members, please join in. =D))

"Mygeeto you say..anyway this is going to be dangerous I hope you know that" said Kalken as he searched the cantina for Imperial Spies. "where do you want to go" asked Kalken.

Hawk decided to approach the pair. He was currently looking for work as a fighter escort. And these two seemed as if they may be willing to hire him. He ambled over. "Couldn't help but over hear. If you're runnin' from the Imps, would you be willin' to hire an escort?". He glanced at the Twi'lek, who looked like a walking armory, and checked to make sure his CR-1 was still on his hip. He didn't wanna end up like walrus-boy...

Risa entered the cantina quietly. She blended in well with the rest of crowd of various species, she had lived on this planet for about two years. As much as constant buzz of billions of living creatures muddled her sences, Nar Shaddaa had been an easy place to hide, in amongst all the confusion. But now, once again, she had to keep moving, before the Empire could catch up with her again.

Luka stood out the back of the cantina trying her best to reach over the sink to clean the dishes. "Luka, where are you?" growled the man that had hired her. "I'm cleaning up!" she replied. "Stop cleaning up in there, there's cleaning to be done out here!" he yelled back. "Get one of the droids to do it!" she snapped, then immediatly realising how desperately she needed the money, "Alright, I'm coming!" she yelled again, before he could reply. She grabbed a rag and entered the main area of the cantina. "There, that," he said as Luka entered, pointing to the dead body. She let out a groan and approached the body. "Why is it that every day someone in here has to kill someone else?" she asked herself loud enough, so the pair talking around the body would hear.

Landon walked into the cantina with his hood up and robe closed. He sat down and noticed the young teen-looking girl picking up a body and dragging it out. "Hey when you're done with that body, how about you get me a drink huh?"

"well I could always use someone to take a shot for me..I dunno he may be expensive" thought Kalken. "that all depends on how much you are asking for...and you how much will you offer me for my services there are plenty of legit customers I could use to keep the Imperials off my tail" said Kalken. He knew she wouldn't shoot him because she needed his ship to help evade the imperials. "oh sorry about the body...the blame goes to my friend here" said Kalken to the woman.

Ara scanned the lightly-armed Hawk, winking once. She responded, "I honestly wouldn't mind having an escort. More protection helps...." She paused, seeing a felinoid girl walk in. The cat-like being really piqued Ara's curiosity, but for some reason, the girl seemed to exude a sense of.... unimportance, insignifigance. The Rutian Twi'lek turned her head away, not really comprehending the effects of the cat-like girl's presence.
She replied to the human girl's grumbling, "Look. I'm really sorry for the mess, but hey, that walrus was really being a jerk. He's been a jerk, actually..." However, the pretty Twi'lek's so-called 'apology' sounded far from it- all she had done was deflect blame to the corpse. Apologizing didn't come to her easily.
Without bothering to listen to Luka's response, she replied to Gunrit again. "My, we are getting down to business, aren't we? Now, I say that if you accept me as, say, someone to help out on your ship, we could pick up some more customers... Of course, you'd keep 95% of profits, and-"
Then she got stopped. "You wound me, Fishy. Now, please, let's ignore walrus-butt and get to business."

Hawk gave a casual half-salute. "I got a Rihkxyrk a couple klicks out. 7 years of experience in the Correlian Defense Force", he stated. "That enough 'protection' for ya? We can work out payment later." He glanced over at the newcomer and nodded in acknowledgement, then returned to striking a deal with the spacers.

Landon left the Twi'lek and her group and stepped in to help Luka with the body. "This'll get my drink faster..." he said to her. "Say aren't you a little young to be a bartender?"
