Today is the Worldwide day that marks the day in which Stalin took time off overseeing the Battle of Leningrad in World War II to deport all of the people in Chechnya, a part of Russia, to Siberia, as they were all Muslim.

So.... is that a good thing or a bad thing?

Wasn't being deported to Siberia a form of punishment?

So.... is that a good thing or a bad thing? Depends on your stance. Wasn't being deported to Siberia a form of punishment? Of course. Do you know how cold it is in Siberia?

So... I'm assuming Worldwide Chechnya Day isn't a day for celebration.

There is alot about Islam that I disagree with, but I still can't help but feel sorry for them. They're not all bad, I've met some good people who are Muslim. I just can't ever see people dying as a good thing, no matter who they are. It could be a necessary thing if you're trying to defend yourself or others from harm or persecution, but even the death of an enemy shouldn't be cause for celebration.

If I were married with children and a man were to rape my wife, torture and kill her and my children, I'm sure I'd feel pretty happy when he died.

I wouldn't blame you at all for being happy about that. Admittedly I would probably feel the same way if I were to be in a similar situation, but that still doesn't make it right. It's hate.

Just because someone ruins your family doesn't mean that you should condemn them. You should always consider that he had to do it because of someone manipulating him or stuff. And forgive me for asking, but did he rape the children too?

Getting a little off topic here... please don't answer that.
