Oppum's eyes narrowed as the carbine was brought to bear on his face, briefly going cross-eyed. "Look, Anau, before we start doing things that uh... we'll regret later, let me be the first to say, that I apologize, and have seen the error of my ways. No more fighting for the Heretics. So, now that that's settled, we can go our seperate ways, and there'll be no need for uh... dismemberment.", he said as he stared down the barrel of the Carbine. He briefly considered drawing his Spiker, but he knew that by the time he had unholstered it, he would already have several radioactive slugs imbedded in his face. He extended a hand instead. "Truce?"

Anau looked at the Elites hand and back up to his face. He lowered his Carbine. "Alright," he said calmly. "You caught me in a good mood, I'll pretend I never saw you today. If I see you again however, I just may kill you." Anau re-opened the door and stepped out. He needed to find that computer terminal.

Oppum stared, momentarily shocked. Not quite the deal he had been hoping for, but it'd do. He stepped aside as Anau passed, then entered the med station to be patched up from his ordeal in the cantina.

Zarra stared at the door the two Elites had dissappeared through, confused, then watched as the door opened again and the Elite that had rescued her returned to the hall. She opened her mouth to say something, but forgot what she was going to say and looked at the floor for a moment. She was tempted to just leave, but it seemed rude and she was a little worried that the swordsman would come back. I would be better to stay near to the Elite that had helped her for a little while, she decided, incase she needed help again. She needed to find someway to repay him anyway. "Are you lost?" she asked, finally, "Do you need any help?"

Vien walked into the med bay to find a nurse to tend to the problem he had. "Oppum...erm its nice to see you" said Vien embarassed because Oppum might find out what his condition was.

"Oh, uh, I guess I am," Anau replied, surprised that the female was offering help. "I need to locate a computer terminal that has access to the Battle Net, do you know where I can find one?"

"Vien? Good to see you again, Commander", Oppum exclaimed. Upon further examination, however, he noticed the Warlord was seemingly unharmed, at least at first glance. "Are you unwell, Commander?", he said as a medic came to treat him. "Might wanna lay low, they got Commander Anau prowling the ship".

(I am joining because I was told to. Just to keep from whining on CBox....to be honest...waiting on an answer for another thread. I might as well. Make it a bit...uhm...you know I don't know. Just going to wing it.)
'Now I need to have an answer as to how in the hell did I get captured?' thought a human male sitting in a corner of a cell just to not get sight of any of the Covenant outcasts and so forth that would love a piece of him. 'A full proof plan...those intell idiots were wrong. Lost my squad and I get captured...been here for a week.....' Thoughts still raced on. Week of cursing and trying to going over what went wrong. Soon would stop.
Sighing and standing up still in the corner, "No, point pouting about it now," he muttered, "A week is long enough stay." He soon stepped from the shadow.
Battered and dirty in his black ODST armor from a ground fight he was in, Gunnery Sargent Black seen worse as in prisons some made-shift places that were nothing more than a pit with a few AA-Turents pointing down into the Pit. Rather effective even in such a quick job. Still on the Harbinger is a different matter. Being in such a prision with other aliens like to have a piece of him. So he was pretty much on his own for the moment on figuring out the way out.
'Only luck and some divine intervition would make whatever I plan work,' he thought still as he looked out through the shield bars, 'Also a weapon or two won't hurt....'
Pulling back away from the bars walking around the cell. Flexing his left gloved hand as he wondered what he could do. He had no idea on how to get out or was the quickest way to get off the station. Shaking his head. The time will come when he needed to set plans into motion. Sitting back down leaning up against the wall.
"I was better off staying on Leave....stupid fate," he muttered to himself and chuckled.

((OOC/ Oopsies... Forgot to post here, heh heh...))
Autumus stood up as the knife was imbedded in his armor. It's tip had barely pierced it, and he turned to look at the absurdly muscled grunt. The Jiralahanae spat, "Stupid Unggoy!" and lashed out with his foot. When he heard the satisfactory thud of his foot making contact with the stout grey alien's face, he turned and left. Before the meddling Zealot could stop him, of course.
As he left the bar, he pulled the knife from his armor. Stupid Unggoy... he needed to be disciplined. But that would happen later. Autumus stormed out. The hulking Jiralhanae Captain Ultra closed the door with a powerful jab at the console, and he decided to visit the prisons to check up on the prisoners. And to torment them, of course....
--------------
Ten minutes later....
Autumus arrived in the ship's dungeons. Who would he molest today? The gray-skinned Brute passed the hideous Jackals, shot a bird at the disobedient Unggoys, and even passed several Jiralhanae. Then, he came past something very interesting.
A human.
The dark navy-armored Brute turned to look in. The man was leaning against his cell wall. Pathetic. "Hopefully," Autumus thought, "I will be able to gain permission to interrogate this one..."
He growled at the human in a mocking tone, "Greetings, Heretic. How exactly did you wind up in here?"

"Hmm, a computer terminal..." she thought for a moment, trying to remember where she had seen one last. "Oh," she said after a moment, "Or, if you just need access to the Battle Net, I might have something better. We're supposed to only use them to view and edit patients' medical records, but they're just like any other terminal really, only they're portable. I could smuggle one out of the medbay for you..." She paused, smiling shyly, "Really, it's the least I could do to thank you."

'Heretic?' Jared thought, 'Piff...never believed to begin with..' as he didn't make eye contact with the Brute. He might as well make the best of this even if it would most likely kill him.
"Well it wasn't for the beds. May I say that they are the worse," he started off, "Oh...and the food. How the hell can you eat it? Thought my father's cooking sucked but damn. Wait...he isn't in your kitchen is he? If he is. Lord I am surprise your not dead." He just went on with his little useless rant. If there were other humans in the room they would break out in snickers but he was alone and really not likely the brute would get it.
So the brute's mocking would turn sore fast and Jared knew it and would enjoy it. Even if he was only 500 lbs lighter and won't make a dent with his bare hands. So be rather interesting as he had his back against the wall and wasn't going to go down without fighting if it comes to it.

The Brute Captain Ultra actually gave a cold smile to the human.
"You are intellgent. Much unlike many of my brethren, sadly. And to be perfectly honest, you're in the 'pampered area'. You have better meals than the Jackals and Grunts. We could always make you fast instead..."
The navy-armored Jiralhanae removed his helmet. "You will do well..." He growled, "What planet were you captured from? Which humilating defeat were you a part of? And why did you surrender, of all things? Do humans have no bravery?"

Oppum hopped off the table and thanked the Medic that had tended to him. He returned to the corridor, his side now neatly bandaged. He was walking towards his barracks, when suddenly, a powerful fooom! echoed throughout the station, causing the power to go out. Oppum looked around, blinded. "What the...?!"

'Pampered area?' Jared thought as he stopped his little now useless rant. Soon he muttered, "I ran out of ammo...." He didn't say where he was captured or why he surrendered. Yet having at least 50 Brutes armed to the teeth and you with no ammo somewhat equals to praying and at least not be a meal. This was that. Even if it wasn't a great place but better than nothing or out the nearest airlock. That maybe getting close.
"Plus Honor isn't worth it if your not able to live to feel the honor," He soon muttered out, "There is no shame in living for another day as it is just another day to outsmart your enemy." Quite a line that Jared did follow even as he some times never did practice it at times. Yet this case he did.
"Now as to what information you like to have. Now maybe hard to remove from me," That he spoke clearly and may have been the stupid to say but typically humans say it and it was predictable.
