((OoC: Do the Elites know where the humans are? )) Zarra let her rescuer lead her to where the Phantoms were landing, then refused to go further. "I'm not leaving until everyone that can be found is aboard," she anounced, "I want everyone who is able to help the wounded. Is the Commander dead? Where's the other Major?"

(OOC Good question...Danny look at my post and see if it is plausible explaination for how the elites know where the humans are)
" make it fast comn chater says the Phantoms are almost ready to depart" said Katar. " I will" said Otto as he activated the Longsword using his remote control. It flew out of the hanger and headed to the far edge of the fleet where a 2nd sun began to appear and an explosion eliminated the remaining Rifter ships or disabled them and as quickly as the 2nd sun had came it vanished. " Ship Master feel free to eliminate the remains" said Katar. **** " Human do you know where any survivors would of went now that Earth is gone" asked Katar. " well just one...New Jeresalem...let me input the coordinates" said Otto.

"Indeed," an Elite Major confirmed, standing away from a computer terminal and approaching the Spartan and Katar, "The last transmission from Commander Ulag confirmed the location of the Human fleet and that it's course seems to be set for the colony world, and that the Rifters are in pursuit. I have the exact coordinates, if you wouldn't mind me putting in my own, Spartan."
"That was a blast!" Major Nadum yelled, leading what was left of his squad back to the Phantom. "Sir, we lost two men to the Rifters, and another three in the explosion," an Elite grasping his arm said. "A pitty indeed, they will be remembered," Major Nadum said while passing Zarra, with no sympathy at all. Anau was close behind him with an Elite hanging off him, frowning at his brothers words. "Zarra," he said relieved, stopping in front of her for a moment, "Are you hurt?"

"Oh, thank the gods," Zarra gasped, hugging Anau, "I'm fine, just a few cuts and bruises, nothing too bad. Are you alright?"

Zaku watched the brilliant explosion in the midst of the Rifter fleet. Tons upon tons of steels and titanium, ripped arpart, incinerated, and fired away at high speed. By the time they reached the Sangheili Fleet, though, they had decelerated enough to be deflected off the ships' shields with relatice ease. In the Command Nucleus, Zaku watched the fully interactive 3-D projection of the fleet's destruction. Katar instructed him to wipe out the remains... a task he was only too happy to do.
The Sangheili Ship Master growled into the comm, "All cruisers, concentrate plasma mortars on the enemy remnants! Wipe them from this system!"
------------------
Covenant Battleship upon Battleship, Assault Carrier upon Assault Carrier, unleashed salvos of concentrated plasma firepower. The pitiful remains of the Rifter fleet, already damaged, were wiped from the face of the universe in an explosive climax. The fleet continued pounding the wrecked hulls with plasma until all that remained was slag and radiation....
-----------------
The Ship Master listened to Katar and Major Ulag on the comm... Was there a chance to save the humans? If they knew where to go, and because their ships could get there just after the rifter remnants- after all, they were both undamaged and knew their course- they could finish this! The golden-armored Zealot popndered, waiting... Why was the evacuation of the Luna Base taking so long? They needed to get out so they could move on.
The Sangheili opened a comm channel to the Phantoms. "What is taking so long?" he growled. "We must hurry so we can finish this!"

"We must hurry, the Shipmaster grows impatient," a pilot called out from one of the Phantoms. "One moment," Zarra told Anau, then turned toward the pilot, "Tell him that we have suffered heavy casualties," she called back, "We're moving as fast as we can, but it takes time to load the wounded onto the dropships."

Zaku listened to the pilot, who was informing the command nucleus that the attack group had suffered heavy casualties... A pity. The golden-armored Zealot growled into the comm, "I'm sending down two more Phantoms so that you can locate more survivors, and have more personnel to help."
The Ship Master was, inside his mind- oh, what was that human phrase? Gnawing on ceratin plates? Oh! Gnawing on fingernails... Anyway, inside, he was gnawing on imaginary fingernails, because he knew that for every minute they lingered, that many more humans would die... But the same would be true, for the Elites, if they hurried off without retrieving their wounded.
A conundrum, indeed.

"I'm fine," Anau replied, quickly hugging Zarra back, "The Ship Master has good reason to be impatient, I'm sure he is just as eager as I am to locate the surviving Humans." Anau then looked around and noticed that those Elites that were able, were assisting the wounded, "Zarra, get aboard and have yourself looked at by someone other than yourself. I can handle the rest," Anau quickly realised that Zarra would protest, so he thought quickly. "Here," he said, handing over the Elite he was carrying, "Take him aboard." Anau then quickly hurried over to an Elite struggling to carry a wounded.
(OoC: Indi, if you could please wrap this up in one neat and tidy post. Everyone aboard and back to the ship etc. And then Ares, if you would kindly slip the fleet into the Human thread? Thank you oh so much.)

((OoC: That's just what I was planning on doing. )) "But... but... I said..." Zarra stuttered, taken aback. She helped the Elite onto one of the Phantoms, then marched back out again, with a willfull glint in her eyes, to help more. Now even more determined not to rest until everyone was finally on board and ready to go. She ordered the pilot to tell the ship master that they were on their way, then at last took a seat as the Phantoms took off for the short trip back to the waiting ships.

The looming Assault Carrier recieved the Phantoms- they were like little specks gliding into the ventral hangar. They floated into it, and the energy barrier sealed behind them, allowing oxygen to flood the hangar bay. The Radiant Jewel slowly pivoted, turning away from the moon. The various Warships and the only other remaining Assault Carrier moved into their positions- spread out so they wouldn't hit each other upon jumping. Zaku's vessel lumbered over, and turned to face the human's apparent escape point.
-----------------------
Zaku checked over the shoulder of the ship diagnostics Elite. The golden-armored Zealot growled, "Good, good... Let's go." He walked to the center of the module where he stood, watching out the main window.
-------------------
The fleet's engines glowed. Bright blue energy seeped out, but was attempted to be contained. It built up as most ship systems deactivated to conserve power. Finally, after several minute's buildup, they released the pressure of the engines. A huge, explosive blast later, the ships vanished in a burst of incredible speed....
