Well, if this is gonna be an exact and/or similar version of Most Wanted with a few "Twists", I may drop out.

Alright. If we're gonna make this different we'll need to change the city, change the Blacklist (probably make it longer than 5), etc.
Time to renovate! Any suggestions?
In the meanwhile, we'll be moving to the port city of Annapolis.
And there should be 20 Blacklist racers who're harder to beat.
Mitch called Blacklist first, he gets Blacklist first.

Aiight, I'll edit.
Now, we're going to have 40 cars and 20 of them will be used by the Blacklist
All the cars from Most Wanted, plus a few more for originality.
Start shooting your cars!

Alright, Spartana, I sent you the cars. Now, keep the lot of them. But only get rid of the ones that repeat themselves. Also, I have our story if you like it.
Now, the main racer(Spartana) arrives in a new city. This city is a mixture of Rockport(Most Wanted), Palmont City(Carbon), Bayview(Underground's 1 & 2), and finnally, Tri-City(Undercover).
((OoC: I did that so if you had a favourite place in any of the games you could RENAME it and hang out there.))
He'll stumble upon a Blacklist Racer(Specs), whom dosen't reveal he is one. You two do a quick sprint and Spartana wins. The Blacklist racer, who now reveals that he is Blacklist #20, pulls a gun on Spartana and threatens him about "cheating" to beat a member of the Blacklist. At this point I'll bring in Mitch(Myself), who comes with his crew, comprised of Yumi(Carbon-Bushido), Kaze(Most Wanted-Blacklist 8), Sal(Carbon-Player Crew), and Vic(Most Wanted-Blacklist-13). Mitch pulls his gun on the Blacklist member and scares him off.
Mitch says hi and meets Spartana. He states that he is also in the Blacklist. Number 7, and his crew, (Unnamed at the moment), is Number 5 in the Crew Blacklist. He tells the rest of his crew that he'll meet them back at the shop with some pizza for all of them. Then, he turns to Spartana and tells him that they're gonna go for a drive. Help him get to know the city, and explain the basics.
The basics are:
-There are 20 crews and 20 Blacklist members. Each with an individual strength. Mitch's crew has two Scouts(Yumi and Sal), and two Blockers(Vic and Kaze).
-In order to race a Blacklist member, you must go through a crew in the same place as them (E.G., Crew 7, Blacklist 7).
-In the crew race, you face each member of the crew in the crew members choice of race. Crew members vary on how many are in it. Also, you race the worst to best crew member. Then the final race is a Canyon SPRINT against the leader.
-A blacklist race is a set of Two normal, set of races. The final one is a Canyon Duel.
Mitch will tell Spartana if he needs any help, don't hesitate to ask and gives him is phone number and garage/safehouse and apartment address. One final number is given, and it turns out it's Spartana's ex-girlfriend. Mitch drives off and the Story goes from there.
Now, I call dibs on my safehouse/garage. It's the first safehouse you get in Need For Speed: Carbon. In Carbon it was located at the bottom of the Downtown area in the Historic Chinatown district. Now the south of the Downtown area in our new city is identical to Carbon's, and then there's all the add-ons from the other installments(games in the series).
Spartana, you gotta call up your Back-up driver and tell him what's going on.
Also, I'll post the occasional police briefing. NONE OF YOU ARE TO EXPECT THAT HE'S A COP.
Finally, Our Super stars from the other games, list the Blacklist of Most Wanted, the Crew Members and Leaders from Carbon, and Some of our old faves like Rachel, Mia, and Rog, will make appearances in Major roles of our RP.
I will handle the Superstars after Spartana finishes with the car list. then I can do the Blacklist and Specs and I can 'draw straws' for people.
Any Questions? Is it good? Will you guys accept this?

Mitch, good storyline. Annapolis could be the capital of a new state in the US, maybe? Now you can get to work on the Superstars. We still need two more parts. I'll volunteer to dual as the main driver and parts collector. In the meanwhile, here's how I see the police working. Basically, if Mitch wants to get the cops involved in a race he can just PM me and then I'll RP the modified Geiger counter clicking as we get closer. The police work on seven different Heat levels assigned to each driver. Note that I haven't fitted Mitch into this yet, but when he PMs me with details then we will get this rolling. Basically, Heat Level 1 is what everyone starts out with: just regular Crown Victoria cars. Level 2 has undercover cars. Level 3 introduces the first roadblocks and '04 GTO cars. Level 4 sees the cops using spike strips and also introduces undercover GTOs. Level 5 has a helicopter, and doesn't hesitate to bring out the Corvette C6.Rs from the start. In a big change from the others, Level 6 has brand-spanking-new undercover '09 Corvette ZR1 undercover cars with 500+ hp. Level 7 (which Mitch may or may not have heard of yet) involves all the cars being replaced by the annoying SUVs that stop you dead in your tracks when you hit them, who act more agressively than the ZR1s. Of course, Cross returns in his brand new ZR1 cop car, specially decaled the same way as his old C6.R. Once again, I haven't worked out how Mitch fits into this. Mitch, PM me on how this'll work and I'll edit this to suit.

Oh yeah, Heat Level 6's helicopter attempts to ram the player and the 20 cars will have to be decided by PM.

Ramming a car? That's a little dangerous in reality. Not only would it kill the driver upon impact most likely, but the helicopter could crash and burn. We should omit that. I think EA just put that in for gameplay reasons.

Okay Mitch.
But still, the SUVs should at the very least act aggressive, alright?
And the helicopter... well, it'd still be hovering there, but I guess Level 7 would replace the Bell 206 with two unarmed Little Birds.

Alright, I think we're green for nitrous.
Anyone got any final thoughts before I kick this RP into gear?
Once it starts rolling, it won't brake for anything.
I'll start with the Cobalt SS.

Alright then. Once you're done we'll shift into first gear.
I had better stop, because I am now out of car puns.

Alright, 777 is asking if he can be in the game. Since I'm the parts collector I'll put him in as backup driver.
