I thought of a character at work, she's awesome. I don't know how to Star Wars so you lot have to make a storyline.

I could make a storyline, if you lot want. But an ARC trooper would have to be well made. Remember, stormtroopers don't just wander away from the Empire unless they've got a damn good reason. And I never said a clone commando group; I meant what Indy said. And I'm making a Wookiee too.

Okay. I'm stuck between RPing a pair of Twi'lek assassin twins (Like the Twin Suns from KOTOR II) or a Verpine mechanic and his slicer droid...

Well, I have a lone Commando and a Jedi Padawan and that's final! But We should all take into consideration that we all can't be something special. Keep the expendable Clone Troopers in mind.

I still have to say something about that, Mitch, my friend. For the "we can't all be something special," keep in mind that every living being, especially in the SW universe, is an individual, unique creature with its own thoughts, personality, abilities, and motives. Thus, all are "something special." Now, clones could be considered an exception to this, and, consequently, are less interesting to RP. There's a fun quality about making up reactions unique to your character, how they will weasel out of a situation, as opposed to clone- point gun and kill. In my opinion, an RP about some sort of renegade ship dodging the Empire, the Hutts, various crime lords, etc. would prove to be more fun and overall less... I can't say chliched, really, so the best word is formulaic. All you'd do with clones is hunt battle droids, Dark Jedi, and CIS leaders, whereas the quests and objectives for a band of galactic scum proves to be infinitely more expandable. Just my thoughts there, feel free to just ignore me as a babbling maniac.

Well, If we're dodging the empire or something along the lines of that, there technically are no more clones(Because Darth Vader and Emporer Palpitine are f**king retards!). Although a handful may actually remain.
But yes, I see your point. We are all an individual entity with, like you said, that every living being, especially in the SW universe, is an individual, unique creature with its own thoughts, personality, abilities, and motives. Thus, all are "something special."

"More independent." Thus, they are still not fully independent. All that is different is that they can think up better strategies, have a few personality quirks, and fight better. All things considered, I wouldn't really think anyone would have too much fun doing that, honestly.

I would really rather do something after the start of the Empire, then I won't have to alter my character's backstory too much, (my character is probably too young to have fought in the clone wars, really, but I still want to use her.)
If people want to have some sort of tough soldier-like character, they could always play a mercenary or a bounty hunter or something. Maybe even a soldier in some planet's own local military.

Exactly, per Indy.
Only one Imperial squad of stormtroopers rebelled, because they were prototype clones. They all died. A Clone just wouldn't be possible.
Just be a merc or something.
Shall I write up a storyline? I was thinking between episodes IV and V, or III and IV?

You can't have everything you want, so stfu and re-read Ares's epic posts and do whatever Tom says. No clone.

Ok I haz idea for my bad guy all I know is I am useing a Dark Jedi but here is theory one: My charcter is a wound in the force (good example of this is this dude (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Darth_Nihilus (one of my favorite charcets ) and of course he is not as powerful but he still drains life just much much slower example it would take him a few years to finally absorb all of your force) which is why he is hunting the Jedi and some Sith..he prefers Jedi as the light side tastes better. Of Course you will be able to detect him as wounds in the force tend to cause people pain. Or just simply he is a Dark Jedi sent to hunt down and kill your Jedi. I like option one as there is a chance of redemption here and him going to the light side of the force and simply going into exile on some planet..unforuatly leaveing it to do that or simply vanishes in a cloud of the force. Coco could you include this into the story please..if others are ok with this idea.
