Alright, this always gives good debates.
So, do you believe in a God, and is it possible for a God to exist?
I, personally, as a Christian (Protestant) strongly believe their is a God, and it definitely is possible for him to exist - I believe that he does.
Yes, the irony isn't lost on me that the entire Soviet Union was strongly atheist.
I'll debate it if I get someone on the other stance.
So, what's your stance?

I'm 50/50.
I believe when I need to or I just take a step back and go 'Woah, where were you on that one, god?"

I'm a Christian, Eastern Orthodox. I grew up with it, and there are too many coincidences for it all to just be random. Not to say I've never questioned my beliefs, but when ever I do, events or reasoning tend to lead me back to the same conclusion. I've never run into any definitive proof, but a simple event, (like when a dove sat in the church window and watched our entire Good Friday service last year,) is all the reassurance I need. No one is supposed to need any real proof anyway. Only faith.

As far as I'm concerned, I'm supposed to question my beliefs and come to the conclusion that there is a God, and it's the God I believe in, in order to strengthen my faith.

Christian. Although I have a doubt that he doesn't exist, my religion states he does.

Catholic here but well does God really exsist well the depends how you define exsistence which could become another debate as they are many different ways to define exsistence.
Lets go with the meaning that exsistence is something you can phyically touch,feel,smell..taste or hear.
Well in that case God has once existed in the form of Jesus Christ but well seeing as Jesus is "dead" then well God has ceased to exsist at least if you can't hear him. *** I do believe God exists in heaven at least most of the time there has been times in my life where I have questioned God's exsistence but He has always come through.

Personally, I don't think there's one but I'm open to the posibility.
I'm fine with people believing in an intelligent creator but I don't get why they think that out of all the things he created he finds that the worship of a single one of them should be important.

I used to pray on a daily basis and goto church every now and then up until about a year ago, not sure why I stopped really, just don't pray anymore.

Haha, this is not me at all, admitting my religion, or that I even have one. But I will have to sooner or later...
I'm from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, yes its a mouthful, also known as LDS, or of course - Mormon. You know? Those guys in white shirts holding black books that come to your front door? They're missionaries from our church.
Obviously, we believe in god. Yes, he is real! But everyone has their own opinion and belief, and we're not against that at all.

Who would win in a fight: Kratos or God? After all, Kratos decapitated a god with his bare hands. But God is omnipotent. It's really a debate I made on the spot. I'd say that it'd be a long fight, but Kratos isn't a god. (Circa GoW 2) So I'd think God'd win. Anyways, I just wanted to add something to the topic.

I'm just going to say I'm Atheist, and I'm not going to say others are wrong, or right.
For all the people who believe in God, or are Christian, that is a GOOD thing. Whether a higher being is existing or not it is good. As in the case of Christianity, those people are generally nicer - or better if you want to go there - people.

In all honesty, I'm a bit neutral. My religion is Christianity, but I respect the opinions of all, including Mormon, Jewism, or Islam. Anyone's specific view on any omniscient beings that persist in our world, be heavenly and omniscient or non-existent, are right in their own way. It's impossible to say whether one is right or not, as it is impossible to prove or disprove the existence of God, Allah, or whatever kind of whatever your religion believes in unless you actually die and meet this so-called creator.
<_< It's too bad people can only accept their religion as THE religion and expect people to believe in said religion.
