Bella wiped the tears away. Feeling a bit uncomfortable and awkward around the instructor near after the incident that had just occurred. " well....alright then....lets go" said Bella.

Russ then took her into the combat training room. It was quite spacious and full of cover points. He released Jacobs from the simulation, and he sent out several targets. The dispenser on the wall flipped a standard MA5C Assault Rifle out.
Russ picked up the AR and handed it to her. "This is just a basic target shooting test. I'll rank you depending on rounds used, where you hit the targets, any misses, and the time it took for you do to so. Whenever you're ready, hit the timer."
(OoC: Russ will automatically hit the timer in the next post if Bella's ready for it, just so you know. So that there's less oneliner posts.)

Bella hit the bottom and then fired a short burst into the upper chest of the nearest target. She rolled and fired another burst this time into the head of the another target. She shot at a target that was further away from her. She hit each target in the room with a short burst having only to reload three times hitting critical areas that would down a target quickly from her medical training. She hit the timer to signal her finish. "Done"

Russ examinde the targets. One target had a shot in the upper chest: from what he had detected the target was not dead but mortally wounded and would bleed out. Then... one target's head was gone. Thanks to an AR burst. That was 10 points for a not-so-clean headshot, plus 3 for mortal wounding. 13 points so far.
When all was said and done, the targets were down. "Bella, your final tally is 45 points. You passed with flying colors."

((OOC/ Late post. I'll just make it long xD))
Justin nodded to Bella. "Okay." He then looked rather pointedly at Russ, and murmured into the comm on his ear.
"I didn't do it for you."
The Spartan followed Bella into the training facility, stopping outside the door. He cast jade eyes through the clear window panel, watching the training exercise unfold. Bella was... a lot meaner than she looked. Instant kills, all of them- well, except the first one that would have bled out, given time. Justin raised his eyebrows, nodding to himself. For such a sensitive girl, she was a particularly ruthless killer. Well... she was a Spartan, after all. After the leggy blonde had finished decimating her foes, Justin waved through the thick glass window, smirking at her. He might just be making his first non-machine friend today...

Bella felt like she was being watched so she turned around and saw that Spartan from earlier waving with a smirk on his face. She flashed back a smile and waved....this was the happiest she had felt since and also the first time she actually smiled in a long time...she closed her eyes and supressed that thought closing her eyes for a moment.
" so what is next " asked Bella eager to get this overwith and see that Spartan again.

Oppum studied the kills. His jaws slackened as the gears began to work in his mind. He had brought his own Carbine, although he wasn't sure whether or not it would be allowed. But his experience with UNSC weaponry should give him a decent score regardless.

The targets were retracted back into the ceiling and then were replaced with moving targets.
Russ looked at Bella. "This time the targets will be moving. Their movements will be erratic and nondefined so pay close attention to the targets before you fire."

Bella hit the timer and studied her first target's movements a predicatable moving left to right movement. She did the same with the next that moved in a circular motion and moved back and forth. The third was a tricky bastard that kept moving back into the wall. The fourth employed all of these wonderful tactics into one. Her time might of been slow but her deadly blows to the target should make up for that.

Russ checked. A little slow... the patience would be more useful with snipers. However, he decided to give her a fair score because of the killing blows dealt to all four targets.
"Final tally is 38 points. Usually scores with moving targets are a little worse than standing still targets."
He then told Bella, "Alright, your next test will be killing a squad of holograms." He loaded a paused urban environment. "There will be 6, but you will have the advantage of stealth. They will not know where you are."
After he placed the holograms, he said, "Find a place to start, signal me, and I'll hit the timer."

Bella walked through the paused urban environment looking for a good place to hide and hold out. Taking the instructors sniper comment she decided to grab a sniper rifle from the weapon's dispenser and ammo despite her lack of use with one seeing as she only knew where exactly on the body that would cause death or cause them to bleed out. She prayed the wind would not cause the delicate points that had to be hit almost precisely right. She also prayed there were no hunter holograms in use or things would not be good. (OOC I am saying no if you want to put them in the next test go ahead but she will faint quite serious as I said she as scared as hell/shit is if she sees a hunter)
Bella rode the elevator to the top of the tallest building the the city and set up a few traps should any hologram be hiding out in the building. She hit start once traps had been set and cover built.
She spotted her first hologram a brute who was sneaking through an ally way. She pulled the trigger and her shot impacted the brute and traveled through its skull. She moved from the room she was in another incase anyone spotted her.
The next hologram was an Odst who she spoked through a storm drain opening. She mapped the location the Odst was at and quickly moved to the next one and fired thank goodness for the predictableness of the UNSC waste treatment facility.
The third target a humanoid like creature (Rifter) survived the first sniper shot with its powerful shields. It fired a lazor right back at her and she rolled to avoid it. She quickly re-aimed and fire two shots before running to the next safe window. The two shots managed to bring it down.
The fourth hologram was a Jackal Sniper and the two engaged in an epic sniper duel that was exhausting but Bella managed to come out on top.
She searched the city for the 5th target not knowing that it was a stealth elite that was making its way through the building and avoid her traps. It stood behind her for awhile as it watched her search for him. It made its moved and activated its sword.
Bella turned barely having time to react she moved her sniper rifle to block the sword but it only cut through the rifle. Time slowed down (OOC As Time is just a creation of the human mind) and in her state of slowed time she barely dodged the sword with its hologram sliding against her against her arm. That would of left mark. With her sniper useless she pulled out her Assault Rifle but the elite went in for another sword swipe. Using the time it took she slammed the assault rifle into the elite knocking the hologram to the floor and causing it to sizzle. She executed it Gears of War style by stomping on the elites skull crushing it (or what would of been its skull).

Russ gave a high whistle at what Bella just did. A Brute... ten seconds in, one-shot killed. Second, twenty-five seconds in, an ODST bites the dust. A Rifter survives two shots and is downed by the third... expected of Rifters. That was a half-minute in. A Jackal Sniper duel which lasted until a minute and fifteen seconds... Bella emerged victorious. Finally, she almost died due to a Stealth Elite's sword... but it was smacked in the face and curbstomped.
He lulled over the intercom. "Bella, you got a near-perfect score of 95 points. You are one helluva sniper. My only gripe now is that had that Stealth Elite actually hit you, you would have had some of your armor cut open, and that is technically bad. Not worse than actually having your arm cut off, but MJOLNIR tends to be destroyed upon contact with pure energy."
He told Bella to move to a safe area and spawned three more Spartans. One wore Recon armor, one CQB, and one EOD. "These holograms are your friends now. You're going to go through a Firefight-style combat wave, where your friends are just as good as you are, and you will have to depend on them to survive. You will be facing 15 Grunts, 10 Jackals, 5 of which are snipers, 5 Elites, 3 Brutes, and a pair of Hunters. Fortunately, that's why your friends are here. They will not be dropped by any gunship: they will spawn at the end of the room, Grunts first. I've automatically set their weaponry. If you're using a sniper rifle, EOD will be using a shotgun, Recon will be carrying a rocket launchers, and CQB is using two SMGs. Get ready for this one. It'll be your penultimate challenge.
Oh, not very many people make it past this one without "dying". If you are "killed", then you will have to lie down on the ground. You can still shoot, but a holographic Spartan must help you up. If a Spartan is shot down, they will call for assistance. Assisting them earns you more points. If you die you'll score anywhere from 0 to 50 points. If you help up a Spartan, you get 20 more points, and if none of them are shot down you earn 50 more points. The perfect score is 200 points. This one's a doozy. Tell me when you're ready."
(OoC: Specs, once the round starts you'll have complete control over your allies.)

Oppum muttered, unimpressed. He had seen worse damage inflicted by Unggoy running on spiked tanks. But he had to admit, the Spartan was a fair shot. He fiddled with his Carbine, eager to put it to the test.

Jacobs had full control of the cameras. He saw Oppum fiddling with his Carbine, and appeared on the table.
"Hmm... a Type-51 Carbine. Nice, nice. I think Russ'll let you use this in combat. And pretty soon you'll get your chance at it. Don't worry. Oh, by the way, I'm Jacobs. I'm a custom-made AI. Not much else here."
Jacobs was black, and wore a tan army uniform from what appeared to be the 2016s. Instead of a helmet, he wore a balaclava over his head.
