Zarra took a plasma rifle, some grenades, and ammunition for her carbine. "The Brutes have gone mad," she gasped, still a little out of breath, "We need to move, or get ready to fight. There is an entire pack back there, and I doubt they have given up on pursuing me."

Anau joined the Zealot and Zarra by the canister. "An entire pack?" he asked, reaching in and taking out a Plasma rifle. "We should leave before that pack arrives," he said, opening and closing the weapons exhaust flaps.

Katar finally exited the grav-lift down to the main floor of gardens and other things and noticed a major fight was going on in the entire city. As he stepped off the lift he walked to the garden and noticed a Zealot and two Special Operations Elites. "what is going on here" demanded Katar as he put his needlers on his hip and drew his sword.
(Ooc Short yes but why can't there be a grav-lift in the center of the garden and no brutes are around (getting together in there packs))

Zaku looked at the Councilor, and grunted, "The Brutes are betraying us. We must stop this..." He looked at Katar, realizing who he was. "Oh, Councilor Katar. How... pleasant to see you in person. And yes, I did get the invasion plan, and no, I'm not willing to risk the Radiant Jewel for an assault on Earth.."
The Zealot then looked around observantly, and growled, "The Brutes will arrive soon. We must make haste and gather together the other Elites." He bent down and picked up the corpse of his pilot cousin, hefting it over one shoulder. "I will put my cousin's body in the Sleek Shadow, and assist any Sangheili in the hangars.. I will rendezvous with you three in the Barracks. Rakka, come." And with that, Zaku opened a door, and jogged through the corridors, toward the hangar bays with the little green-armored Grunt hobbling behind him on its stubby limbs.

"Let us hurry away from here," said Zarra, "Though if all the Brutes have turned on us, I doubt there is any place we can go in the city, that is still safe."

"Then we should go somewhere their numbers would be small, or at least somewhere our numbers would be great," Anau suggested, then going into thought. "We should think as we move, we shouldn't stay here any longer," Anau took up his rifle and started towards the opposite door.

Pyrus followed the Elites closely, and in camo. Thankfully, his Energy stave was cloaked with with him. His pace quickened as he started after the commando. He then came out of cloaking and jumped on the commando, energy stave hovering milimetres above the elites neck. "Where's the prophet?"

Zarra snarled and raised her carbine, aiming at the Elite that had just appeared. "Has the entire Covenant turned on itself?" she wondered, "If you harm him, you will not live to see any Prophet. Put your weapon away!"

"Heheh, I killed three more of my brethren this morning when I escaped, looking for Truth. On of them, a Light of Sangheilios." Pyrus glared at Zarra, mandibles hanging, blood thirsty. He shoved his stave into the ground next to Anau's head. "Help me find him."

Katar drew his sword and glared at the traitorous newcomer. "how can we trust that you will not kill us like the other brothers you have slain..if we were not at a time of war I would have you hanged by your entrails" said Katar ready to attack.

"You incompetent fool," Anau growled. "Brute guards would be surrounding that Prophet, you'll be killed before you even lay eyes on him." he said. "Don't think that camouflage would save you, you reek of Sangheili blood, the Brutes would surely smell you," he added.

Pyrus looked at Kata and laughed. "Just like Thel?" he said, taking his pike from the ground. "I'll every single brute if I have to. To avenge my love." Pyrus looked at Anau again and laughed. "I've been watching you Sangheili for awhile now," he looked at Zarra. "I figured this little group could help me with my search."

"no this time the Prophets won't have mercy on you and what makes you think we would help you" asked Katar. " your feud with the Hierarches can be dealt with me as a member of the High Council heretic" (Ooc We don't know this is Truths doing yet...not for a while I think as it is far too early in the Schism)

Zarra glared back at Pyrus. "And you count on the softness of a females heart, do you? Is that why you have picked us out? Do you think I shall take pity on you at the first mention of love?" she asked. "We will not be so easily persuaded to turn toward heresy and murder. Explain yourself. What is your quarrel with the Prophet?"

Pyrus's mandibles still hung as he spoke. "The Changing of the guard! The death of the 12th Arbiter! Think about it you dillusional fool!" he secured his energy stave on his back and picked Zarra up by the neck. "I do not need any females help. But your skills may be useful." he threw her to his side and turned to Anau. "Like the rest of this race, weak, and clouded with lies."
