Specifically their reproductive organs. (Younger readers beware, you may learn some new words today, if you do, don't google them 
These are my theories, feel free to argue them and promote your own. Maybe as a group we can come to some kind of conclusion regarding the Elites reproductive system. This is a serious discussion, any immature comments will be deleted.
Males
We've all seen Arby naked, and the lackings of a penis. So this begs the question; "How do they do it?"
I've always thought the male reproductive organ is similar to that of a reptiles, basically the penis is stored in the Sangheilis body for safe keeping. As for appearance, I try not to think about penises too often, but I would imagine it as a very large, muscly organ.
Females
I've always thought that Sangheili female organs resemble a Human females, just you know, bigger. I would think the basics were there, but one thing I wondered about was the positioning of the clitoris. That's if we're saying the Sangheili female would have one, which I think it would, because if sex wasnt fun all races would have died out before they even got started. Just to be different, I would think the clitoris is located inside the vagina, near or close to their equivalent of the cervix.
Or who knows, maybe the female has several?
I think I've rambled on enough, and I know you with Elite characters have thought about this, so put your thoughts on the table.
